- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unprofessional staff with no bedside manner. No practice manager or senior staff member on a Saturday morning. Woman walked out of doctors room extremely distressed, unable to stop crying. Doctor did not show any compassion, walked straight past her to call in next person. receptionist unable to speak English well and did not attempt to console patient. Clearly no procedure for dispute resolution in place. It is Intimidating being the only woman in a building with two men, let alone a medical practice with an intimidating male professional and male staff member lacking the professional interpersonal skills to de-escalate the situation. With all the mental health awareness being promoted and being a so called mental health friendly clinic, patient got in car to drive home, still distraught. Very dangerous for the woman and other people on the road. What happened to doctors duty of care that is legally put in place to protect their patients from harm.AnnonomusMarch 03, 2018
